Wanda is a GEM! I'm currently training with her and I am extremely pleased with our sessions. She's always on time, sends me reminders the day before, works out with me, encourages me ( and pushes me) during the workout, sends me motivational videos, and above all, is extremely POSITIVE. At first I wasn't sure about training virtually, but I can tell you that it works! I feel my body getting stronger each time that we train. This review is long overdue. Wanda has been helping train me for about 8 months now and her dedication to my Progress is unmatched. I’ve used so many other trainers/programs and none have showed so much commitment to my success like Wanda. From modifications, to emotional support, to check ins she is without a doubt the best virtual trainer. I’m a nurse with a weird schedule working 12hr shifts and Wanda ensures that I have enough days to rest in between workouts or pushes me To workout a little Harder when needed. I don’t see myself quitting anytime Soon and my results speak for themselves. I’ve lost over 15lbs which was my initial goal and Wanda has pivoted my goal to gaining muscle now to help me achieve my fitness goals. Trust me she is the best!
